My areas of expertise primarily focus on periodontology, implant dentistry, and esthetic prosthodontics. Also I take great pride in offering examinations, diagnoses, treatments, outcome monitoring, preventive planning, and maintenance based on a medical perspective at my own clinic—delivered at or above international standards of quality.

Rather than relying solely on experience-based practice, Dr. T provide high-quality dental care grounded in scientifically validated evidence as global top level. Dr. Ts approach to dentistry is not one of restorative treatment, but one that aims to maintain oral health throughout a patient’s lifetime.

Furthermore, Dr. T do not rely solely on past experience or achievements. In order to continuously offer advanced and improved treatments, Dr. T actively participate in academic conferences and training seminars to refine my skills on a daily basis.

After graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry at Kyushu University in 2001, Dr. T was trained in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the departments of Emergency Medicine and Anesthesiology at Saga Medical University (now the Faculty of Medicine, Saga University) until 2004. Dr. T practiced for two years under Dr. Kazuhiro Yazawa, former president of the Japanese Academy of Gnathology and Occlusion.

In 2006-2010, Dr. T completed a three-year residency as a specialist in the Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston,USA, and was awarded the Certificate of Excellence for outstanding clinical performance.

In 2009, Dr. T became a board-certified specialist in periodontics and implant dentistry through the American Academy of Periodontology. In 2017, Dr. T became certified in implant dentistry by the European Association for Osseointegration (EAO), becoming the first Japanese dentist at the time to hold both American and European implant certifications.

Dr. T explore the professionalism in the United States and Europe—regions recognized as global leaders in advanced dental care—where treatment methods based on scientific evidence and high reproducibility are considered the standard. Currently, Dr. T specialize in periodontics, implants, and esthetic prosthodontics, and practice dentistry from a medical perspective by implementing examinations, diagnoses, treatments, outcome monitoring, preventive plans, and maintenance at a world-class level.

I am also active in delivering lectures, writing publications, presenting academic papers, and engaging in public education, earning recognition both nationally and internationally.
